(In the formula, A21 and A22 represent an atom other than a hydrogen atom or a carbon atom; Y21 and Y22 independently represent a hydrogen atom or a monovalent substituent, provided that at least one of Y21 and Y22 represents a substituent having a Hammett substituent constant σp of not less than 0.2, or alternatively Y21 and Y22 may combine together to form a ring; and (B) represents an atomic group necessary for forming a five-membered or six-membered ring together with A21, A22 and a carbon atom.)
