abstract PURPOSE: To improve the sensitivity of a photosensitive compsn. by incorporating a prescribed photo-cross-linkable polymer and a specified sensitizer. n CONSTITUTION: This photosensitive compsn. contains a photo-cross-linkable polymer having photo-dimerizable unsatd. bonds and a sensitizer represented by formula I [where each of R 1 and R 2 is H, (substd.) alkyl, aryl, etc., (n) is 0, 1 or 2 and each of G 1 and G 2 is H, cyano, alkoxycarbonyl, etc.]. A compd. represented by formula II may be used as the sensitizer represented by formula I.
