Light-blocking printed label |
abstract |
(57) [Summary] [PROBLEMS] Transparent plastic bottle products equipped with a heat-shrinkable label may be deteriorated by ultraviolet rays and visible light such as fluorescent lights when placed on display shelves such as supermarkets depending on the contents. The product value may be reduced. SOLUTION: A transparent film 11 is provided with a light-reflective printing layer and a light-shielding printing layer using an ink containing a light-reflective substance such as titanium white as a pigment and a light-blocking substance such as aluminum fine powder. The light-shielding printing layer 12 is formed, and the pattern layer 13 and the OP layer 14 are formed thereon to form the light-shielding printing film 2. Next, the light-shielding print film 2 is formed into a tubular shape so that the printing surface of the light-shielding print film 2 is on the outside, and is adhered to an envelope with an adhesive to form a center seal portion 3 to obtain a light-shielding print label 1. Since the light-shielding printed label 1 reflects and shields light simultaneously, the light-shielding printed label 1 is excellent in light-shielding properties. |
