abstract (57) [Summary] [Structure] A synthetic resin obtained by laminating and forming a multilayer film containing at least one precious metal thin film on the surface of a transparent substrate, and then dissolving and adding an optical brightener and an ultraviolet absorber. After applying a primer coating solution to form a UV-absorbing thin film by heating and curing it, apply a silicone-based hard coating solution in which the siloxane prepolymer is dissolved in an organic solvent and heat cure to form a protective thin film. Ultraviolet absorbing heat-insulating glass formed by coating sequentially. [Effect] Very sharply shields the boundary between the ultraviolet and visible regions around 400 nm without damaging the optical properties, and fully exerts the ultraviolet shielding, heat ray shielding, and infrared reflecting functions. It has a relatively high visible light transmittance and a sufficient field of view can be secured. It has significantly improved habitability as a window for buildings or vehicles, a transparent heating element, an electromagnetic wave shield, etc., moisture resistance, chemical resistance, and abrasion resistance. It has excellent durability, can be used as a single plate, and can be used as an exterior.
