abstract Provided is a light-emitting device with little color shift even when driven at high power. The crystal structure of the phosphor, Sr 2 A l3 Si 7 ON 13 and has a substantially identical crystal structure, the length of the chemical bond M 1 -N and M 2 -N, Sr 2 Al It is within ± 15% of the chemical bond length of Al—N and Si—N calculated from the lattice constant and atomic coordinates of 3 Si 7 ON 13 .
