titleOfInvention | Fluorophore and light-emitting device |
abstract | The phosphor is obtained from europium-activated sialon crystals having a basic composition represented by the following chemical formula (1) ≪ Formula 1 > (1 -x Sr, Eu x) Si α Al β O γ δ N ω (Where x is 0 < x < 1, alpha is 0 < alpha? 4, and?,?,? And? , 0.5??? 3, and 10?? 25), and Wherein the sialon crystals comprise at least one kind of non-Eu rare earth element selected from Sc, Y, La, Ce, Pr, Nd, Sm, Gd, Tb, Dy, Ho, Er, Tm, 10% by mass. The phosphor emits green light when excited by ultraviolet light, purple light or blue light. |
