The present invention provides an agent for imparting adhesion, which has both heat-resistant transparency and a high refractive index, which is formed from the reaction product of a silsesquioxane and an organopolysiloxane and is ideal for an addition curing-type composition. The present invention relates to a compound obtained by hydrosilylation addition of the following (A) and (B), as well as (C) when necessary, and the compound comprises an isocyanuric ring skeleton and epoxy groups as the essential components, as well as an organopolysiloxane or silsesquioxane skeleton having SiH residues. (A) is a compound that comprises an organopolysiloxane or silsesquioxane skeleton and has three or more SiH groups per molecule, (B) is an epoxy derivative having one aliphatic unsaturated group per molecule, and (C) is a polyorganosiloxane having two alkenyl groups per molecule and a number-average molecular weight of 100 to 500,000, or an isocyanurate compound having two alkenyl groups per molecule. |
