abstract The present invention relates to a conjugate of siRNA (small interfering RNA) and a polymer compound and a method for preparing the same, and more particularly, a hybrid conjugate and a hybrid conjugate in which siRNA and a polymer compound are covalently linked to improve the stability of siRNA in vivo. It relates to a manufacturing method of. The conjugates of the present invention can efficiently deliver therapeutic siRNAs intracellularly by enhancing the in vivo stability of the siRNAs, and can also display the activity of siRNAs at relatively low concentrations, thereby siRNAs for cancer and other infectious diseases.
