SOLUTION: After a dispersion medium 6 in which a dispersoid 4 is dispersed or a solvent in which a solute is dissolved is discharged onto a substrate 1, the dispersoid 4 or a solute is convected in the dispersion medium 6 or the solvent, whereby dispersion is performed. The dispersoid 4 or solute is collected on both sides of the medium 6 or the solvent. |
