Novel utilization of sucralose which is a highnintense sweetener. Compositions containing sucralosenincluding: sweetening compositions having excellentnsweetness qualities based on the characteristics ofnsucralose; foods with a masked unpleasant smell andnunpleasant taste; performance food compositions (viscousnfood compositions, gel food compositions, emulsified foodncompositions); foods with improved flavors; preservativesnand foods with improved quality of taste; and flavorncompositions with improved flavors.
