Compared with the prior art, the recombinant steroid dehydrogenase catalytic oxidation reaction used in the invention is NAD + The coenzyme-dependent type has the advantages of low coenzyme application cost, simple operation, mild reaction conditions, environmental friendliness, high yield and the like, so that the coenzyme-dependent type has a good prospect in the application of producing and preparing the ursodeoxycholic acid precursor by taking cholic acid as a raw material. |
