abstract Compounds represented by general formula (I), their salts or esters; processes for producing the same; and analgesics, antagonists against tolerance to narcotic analgesics typified by morphine, antagonists against dependence on narcotic analgesics typified by morphine, analgesic enhancers, antiobestics, drugs for ameliorating brain function, remedies for schizophrenia, remedies for Parkinson's disease, remedies for chorea, antidepressive drugs, remedies for diabetes insipidus, remedies for polyuria, or remedies for hypotension, each drug containing the above compounds as the active ingredient. In said formula, (a) represents an optionally substituted aromatic carbon ring or heterocycle; Cy represents an optionally substituted, mono-, di- or tricyclic C3-20 aliphatic carbon ring; (b) represents an optionally substituted, mono- or di-cyclic C3-14 aliphatic heterocycle containing nitrogen; R1 represents hydrogen, lower alkenyl, lower alkynyl, lower cycloalkyl, amino, lower alkylamino, di(lower alkyl)amino, hydroxy, lower alkoxy, carboxy, lower alkoxycarbonyl, carbamoyl, lower alkylcarbamoyl, di(lower alkyl)carbamoyl or optionally substituted lower alkyl; and R2 represents hydrogen or lower alkyl.
