titleOfInvention | PROCESS FOR THE PREPARATION OF 1,3-BUTADIENE FROM N-BUTENES BY OXIDATION DEHYDROGENATION COMPRISING A C4 FLUID WASTE PRODUCED IN C4 |
abstract | The present invention relates to a process for the preparation of butadiene from n-butenes, comprising the steps of: A) using a gaseous starting stream containing n-butenes; B) injecting the gaseous starting stream containing n-butenes and an oxygen-containing gas into at least one oxidation dehydrogenation zone and effecting an oxidative dehydrogenation of n-butenes to butadiene, a gaseous flow produced b containing butadiene, unreacted n-butenes, water vapor, optionally oxygen, low-boiling hydrocarbons, high-boiling secondary components, optionally carbon oxides and optionally inert gases being obtained; Ca) cooling the product gas stream b obtained in one or more cooling steps by contact with a circulating guided coolant, the steam and at least a portion of the high boiling secondary components condensing; Cb) compressing the product gas stream b residual in at least one compression step Cba) and cooling the gaseous stream b compressed in at least one cooling step Cbb) by contact with one or more alkylaromatiques as cooling agent, a condensate aqueous c1b and a gaseous flow c2 containing butadiene, n-butenes, steam, possibly oxygen, low-boiling hydrocarbons, optionally carbon oxides and optionally inert gases being obtained ; Da) separating, from the gaseous flow c2, non-condensable and low-boiling gaseous constituents, optionally comprising oxygen, low-boiling hydrocarbons, optionally carbon oxides and optionally inert gases in the form of a gaseous stream d2, by absorption, in an absorbent, of C 4 hydrocarbons comprising butadiene and n-butenes, a flow of absorbent charged with C 4 hydrocarbons and the gaseous flow d 2 being obtained , then Db) desorbing, in a desorption column, C 4 hydrocarbons from the charged absorbent stream, a gas stream produced at C 4 d 1 containing secondary components being obtained. The process according to the invention is characterized in that step Cb) comprises at least one washing step, aldehydes being separated in the washing step, from the gaseous product stream b compressed, by washing with a mixture of water and one or more alkylaromatics as a washing liquid. |
