Reactive hot-melt silicone filling container and method for manufacturing reactive hot-melt silicone |
abstract |
This reactive hot-melt silicone filling container is characterized in that: a container is filled with a crosslinking silicone composition including (A) an alkenyl-group-bonded organopolysiloxane that includes a branched-chain organopolysiloxane having an alkenyl group and having a softening point of a least 50°C, (B) an organopolysiloxane having at least two silicon-atom-bonded hydrogen atoms in a single molecule, and (C) a hydrosilylation reaction catalyst; the container is heated to cause B-stage crosslinking of the composition; and a reactive hot-melt silicone that is nonflowable at 25°C and has a melt viscosity at 120°C of 5,000 Pa·s or less is formed; the application of heat making it possible to remove the reactive hot-melt silicone, which has exceptional gap-filling performance. |
