abstract |
The purpose of the present invention is to provide an anti-thrombotic material in which heparin or an anti-thrombotic compound other than a heparin derivative is fixed to a base material, elution of the compound exhibiting anti-thrombotic properties from the base material is avoided, and high anti-thrombotic properties are maintained over a long period. The present invention provides an anti-thrombotic material that includes: a covering material containing a polymer skeleton structure, a 4-(aminomethyl)benzene carboxy-imidamide or a benzene-amidine skeleton structure, and a methoxy benezene sulfonic acid amide skeleton structure; and a base material containing a surface that is covered by the covering material. The covering material is covalently bonded with the base material, and a peak abundance ratio of carbonyl-group-derived components on the surface, with respect to all the components of a C1s peak measured using X-ray electron spectroscopy, is equal to or greater than 1.0 atom number %. |
