abstract Methods, storage media, and devices for providing a more reliable objective measurement of pain based on the results of experiments demonstrating that EEG frequency components between 30 and 100Hz provide a direct measure of pain that is independent of measurement repetition. According to an embodiment, output accuracy is improved using high frequency measurement repetition.
