abstract |
Disclosed are: a barrier film which has extremely high barrier properties and can withstand bending; and an organic photoelectric conversion element device having excellent properties, which is produced using the barrier film as a resin substrate for the photoelectric conversion element. The barrier film is characterized by having a gas barrier layer, wherein the gas barrier layer comprises: a substrate; a lower layer which is arranged on the substrate and comprises a catalyst composed of at least one layer and a silicon compound; and an upper layer which is arranged on the lower layer and comprises at least one SiO 2 layer. |
