abstract [PROBLEMS] To provide: a compound effective as an amyloid-targeting diagnostic imaging probe; and a reagent for detecting amyloid deposited on a biological tissue, which comprises the compound. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] Disclosed are: a compound represented by the formula shown below; and a reagent for detecting amyloid deposited on a biological tissue, which comprises the compound (1). Wherein R1 represents a group selected from the group consisting of a halogen substituent, an alkyl substituent having 1 to 4 carbon atoms, an alkoxy substituent having 1 to 4 carbon atoms in its alkyl chain, and a hydroxyl group; R2 represents a group selected from the group consisting of a cyano substituent, an alkyl substituent having 1 to 4 carbon atoms, and a halogen substituent; and R3 represents a group selected from the group consisting of a hydroxyl group, a halogen substituent, and a substituent represented by the formula shown below, provided that at least one of R1, R2, R3 and R4 is a radioactive halogen. wherein R4 represents a hydrogen, a halogen substituent, or a hydroxyl group; and m represents an integer of 1 to 4.
