| abstract | FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to maxillofacial surgery, and can be used during the final stage of operation sequestrectomy in chronic Odontogenic osteomyelitis in drug-addicts patients. Note here that before the operation is prepared thrombocyte enriched blood plasma (PRP-gel), for this purpose native blood is sampled from the patient's vein in a volume of 40-80 ml. Then injected into the blood anticoagulant, then platelet enriched blood plasma by centrifugation.
