abstract FIELD: stomatology. SUBSTANCE: method consists in providing outflow of exudate through tooth canal and periostomy with simultaneous local introduction of 1 ml of 30-% lincomycin solution diluted with 1 ml of 25-% novocaine solution over transitional fold in the region of causative tooth once a day for 10 days. Starting with the second day and for 10 days, laser therapy in the region of inflamed infiltrate covering 2-3 fields is carried out once a day at 600 Hz frequency for 128 s per each field. EFFECT: increased probability (to 95%) of tooth saving.
