abstract |
The semiconductor package includes first to fourth semiconductor chips sequentially stacked. The rear surface of the third substrate of the third semiconductor chip is disposed to face the rear surface of the second substrate of the second semiconductor chip, so that the third substrate and the second rear insulating layer provided on the rear surface of the second substrate are directly connected to each other. It is bonded or the rear surface of the third substrate is disposed to face the front surface of the second substrate so that the third substrate and the second front insulating layer provided on the front surface of the second substrate are directly bonded to each other. |
