abstract When supplying the cooling medium into the thermostat, condensation around the connection portion to which the cooling medium supply pipe is connected is prevented. The auto handler (A) includes a thermostatic chamber (1) whose interior is controlled to a predetermined temperature, a liquid nitrogen introduction section (5) for supplying liquid nitrogen to the thermostat tank (1), and a liquid nitrogen introduction section (5) of the thermostat tank (1). The pipe cover 20 which extends continuously to the upper part of the drying chamber 4, and the liquid nitrogen outer piping 30 which are covered with the pipe cover 20 and become a distribution pipe of the liquid nitrogen supplied to the thermostat 1 are provided. In the part which reached the drying chamber 4 upper part of the piping cover 20, the connection joint 23 which connected the liquid nitrogen supply pipe which supplies liquid nitrogen is provided. And since the remaining heat of the warming drying chamber 4 is transmitted to the periphery of the splice joint 23 and the periphery of the splice joint 23 becomes warm, condensation around the splice joint 23 can be prevented.
