titleOfInvention IC low temperature handling device
abstract (57) [Summary] [Purpose] To prevent the formation of frost in the constant temperature chamber of the IC low temperature handler and the inlet / outlet of the constant temperature chamber, and to reduce the size of the device. [Structure] A through hole serving as an entrance and exit to the constant temperature tank 26 is provided in a tank wall, and an IC into the constant temperature tank 26 is slid in the through hole. A shuttle 8 is provided for supplying and storing after measurement. The shuttle 8 has stages 8a and 8b capable of storing unmeasured ICs and measured ICs. The shuttle 8 always shuts off the entrance and exit of the constant temperature bath 26. On the other hand, the pressure adjusting unit 2 that keeps the pressure inside the thermostatic chamber 26 that has been shut off constant. 4 and a signal from this unit 24 have a supply function of supplying nitrogen gas into the constant temperature bath 26. Further, it has a fan unit 27 for blowing air to the inlet / outlet of the constant temperature bath and the IC.
