titleOfInvention Method for producing vitamin K2 from bacillus subtilis using pH-stat fed-batch culture
abstract The present invention relates to a method for producing vitamin K2 from a Bacillus subtilis strain using pH-statistical fed-batch culture. Using this method, the Bacillus subtilis strain is grown at a high concentration within a short time to shorten the fermentation time, thereby improving the productivity of menaquinone-7, and thus it can be advantageously used for mass production of vitamin K2.
