abstract |
The present invention relates to a method of mass-produced by culturing the NATO kinase created by the NATO kinase (Nattokinase) Bacillus (Bacillus) in strains in fed-batch culture method (Fed-batch culture). According to the fed-batch cultivation method of the present invention, it is possible to concentrate and culture the nattokinase producing cells at a high concentration, thereby producing a large amount of nattokinase. |
