titleOfInvention | How to improve the detection results of monoclonal antibodies |
abstract | The present invention presents the following steps: (a) capturing the monoclonal antibody in the sample and immobilizing it in the pores of the porous body, (b) the porous body immobilizing the monoclonal antibody and the protease. The step of performing selective protease digestion of the monoclonal antibody by contacting with the immobilized nanoparticles, and (c) the step of detecting the peptide fragment obtained by the selective protease digestion by liquid chromatograph mass analysis (LC-MS). Provided is a method for detecting a monoclonal antibody in a sample, which comprises, and further comprises (a) a step of performing a reduction reaction under acidic conditions after step (a). According to the present invention, further application of a method for detecting a monoclonal antibody using mass spectrometry can be expected. |
