abstract | The present invention relates to (+)-3- {1- [3- (trifluoromethoxy) benzyl] piperidin-4-yl} -4-phenyl-3,4-dihydro-2 (1H) -quinazolinone or a pharmaceutical thereof The present invention provides a tablet containing an acceptable salt as an active ingredient and having improved dissolution and a method for producing the same. (A) One or more excipients selected from the above active ingredients, (b) lactose, D-mannitol, erythritol and crystalline cellulose, (c) a cellulosic disintegrant and (d) a mixture containing a water-soluble binder. Further, (e) one or more excipients selected from lactose, D-mannitol and crystalline cellulose and / or (f) a powder containing a cellulosic disintegrant is mixed with the granulated granule formed into granules, and molded. A film-coated tablet obtained by subjecting a tablet to a film coating. A method for producing a film-coated tablet, comprising a step of producing the granulated granule, a step of mixing and molding the latter powder, and producing a tablet, and a step of applying a film coating to the obtained tablet. |
