titleOfInvention Hydrazinopyridazine compound
abstract NEW MATERIAL:A compound shown by the formulaI[R 1 is CN, OH, aryloxy, aryl, halogen, alkyl which may have substituent group (acetylamino, halogen, OH, etc.), methoxy or ethoxy which may have substituent group (2-furyl, phenyl, etc.) R 2 and R 3 are H, halogen, alkyl, or alkoxy; R 4 and R 5 are H or CH 3 ; X is O or S; Y is NH 2 or group shown by the formula II] and its salt. n EXAMPLE: 1-( 2-Cyanophenoxy )-3-[ 1,1-dimethyl-2-( 3-hydrazino-6-pyridazinyloxy ) ethylamino]-2-propanol. n USE: A hypotensor. Most of the compounds have improved β-blocking action together with vasodilating action. n PROCESS: A compound shown by the formula III (X is halogen) is reacted with hydrazine or its hydrate, and, if necessary, with acetone, to give a compound shown by the formulaI. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1982,JPO&Japio
