Such a pure chlorine dioxide solution can be a gel composition containing it and a superabsorbent resin, and can be a foamable composition containing this and a foaming agent. As the chlorite, for example, lithium chlorite can be used, as the pH adjuster, for example, citric acid can be used, and as the superabsorbent resin, for example, starch-based water absorption Water-soluble resin, cellulose-based water-absorbing resin or synthetic polymer-based water-absorbing resin can be used.
