abstract (57) 【Abstract】 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve poor water absorbency of a degreasing paper for cosmetics and to wipe off sweat as well as sebum. SOLUTION: The multi-functional decorative paper 1 of the present invention is It comprises an intermediate layer 2 containing vegetable fiber pulp and a superabsorbent fiber material as main components, and a protective layer 3 containing vegetable fiber pulp as a main component. The intermediate layer 2 is sandwiched between the protective layers on both sides thereof. 3 is provided individually to form a three-layer laminated structure, and the above problem is solved by using such a structure.
