titleOfInvention | Method of binding grease-absorbing paper |
abstract | An object of the present invention is to provide a bookbinding method with high productivity which prevents tearing of a grease-removing paper when the grease-removing paper is peeled from a book one by one and used. SOLUTION: A predetermined number of grease-absorbing papers are aligned and a predetermined number of sheets are superimposed on each other, and door papers are vertically stacked on both sides of the superimposed grease-absorbing paper, and an emulsion type is provided on a back portion in a direction perpendicular to the paper texture. After applying an aqueous glue, drying and hardening the back, a hot-melt adhesive having higher adhesive strength than the emulsion-type aqueous glue used for the hardening is applied and the cover is adhered, and the grease-removed paper is made of paper. Is bound along the direction perpendicular to the book so that it can be peeled off from the book one by one. [Selection diagram] FIG. |
