abstract (57) [Summary] The present invention aims to provide a cosmetic fat removing paper having excellent flexibility and good fit to the skin. When a creped sheet is subjected to a densification treatment and a surface smoothness treatment using a super calender or the like, the crepe is treated so that a part of the crepe is potentially left. It has been found that a sheet having a high smoothness, a soft touch, good wiping properties, no creping trace, and an oil absorbing property and a water absorbing property equal to or higher than that of a conventional greased paper can be obtained.
