titleOfInvention Oil removing paper for cosmetics and method for producing the same
abstract An object of the present invention is to obtain a property having higher transparency after use than a decorative oiling paper formed by simply performing foil stamping, and to further reduce the smoothness as compared with a case where high-pressure treatment is performed, and to reduce the density. Provided is a cosmetic oil removing paper which can improve sebum removal because it is larger than a case where only a beating treatment is performed, and a method for producing the same. SOLUTION: 100 parts of Manila hemp (degree of beating SR 30 °) is mixed with 20 parts by weight of micro talc (average particle diameter 1.2 μm, surface area 14.5 BETm 2 / g) to obtain a uniform dispersion, and using a fixing agent. Then, it was fixed to the fiber, and then made into a paper by a round-mesh paper machine. The papermaking net of the round papermaking machine uses a 16 mm mesh with a wire diameter of 0.2 mm, and forms a concavo-convex layer with a basis weight of 22 g / m2 using a single bat. Then, a foiling treatment was performed to obtain a cosmetic blotting paper having a density of 0.965 g / cm3 and a smoothness of 96 (seconds). [Selection] Fig. 2
