[Composition] One or more of the group consisting of isochlorogenic acid, caffeic acid, chlorogenic acid, kojic acid, neochlorogenic acid, ferulic acid, pseudochlorogenic acid, gallic acid in carbonated drinks and fruit juice drinks. In addition, by including the apple extract together, it is possible to prevent the deterioration of flavor due to light, heat, air, etc. during the manufacturing process of the beverage, during the distribution stage and during storage, and to maintain a good flavor for a long period of time.
