titleOfInvention Virus removal membrane integrity test method
abstract (57) [Summary] [Constitution] In the performance confirmation test (integrity test) performed after the use of the virus removal membrane, (1) a test for detecting the presence or absence of large pores that deviate from the original pore size distribution, and ( 2) Sequentially perform a test to detect the degree of change in the average pore size due to the overall shape of the original pore size distribution becoming larger. Test (1) is a leak test. The leak test liquid is water, The gas is air or nitrogen. Test (2) is filtration of alternative particles. The alternative particles are colloidal gold. [Effect] Regarding the performance guarantee of the membrane performed after the use of the virus removal membrane, the accuracy was remarkably improved as compared with the conventional method.
