abstract An object of the present invention is to provide a colloidal gold dispersion liquid in which the dispersion state is stabilized and a method for evaluating a fractionation layer of a separation membrane using the same. The present invention provides (1) metal particles or metal compound particles having an average particle diameter of 10 to 30 nm, (2) a water-soluble dispersant containing an SH group, (3) a protein, and (4) a solvent.
