Disclosed is a miso flavor enhancer as a novel use of sucralose, which is a high-intensity sweetener, and a miso food using the miso flavor enhancer. A miso flavor enhancer containing sucralose. A miso food containing sucralose in an amount effective for enhancing the miso flavor. The miso food preferably containing sucralose in a proportion of 0.0001 to 0.5% by weight. A method for enhancing miso flavor of miso food by blending sucralose into the miso food.
