abstract |
A gas barrier film having a high gas barrier property is provided. A gas barrier film has a layer A in which a first layer 2a containing zinc oxide and a second layer 2b containing a silicon compound are arranged in this order from the polymer substrate side on at least one surface of the polymer substrate 1. And the atomic concentration of zinc (Zn) in the first layer containing zinc oxide has at least one peak when the atomic concentration is measured from the surface side of the second layer by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy.
