abstract | The present invention provides a decorative sheet having a gloss matte tone with high design properties. A decorative sheet in which at least a transparent resin layer, a gloss adjusting layer, and a surface protective layer are laminated and has a concavo-convex pattern formed on the surface thereof, and has the following structures (1) to (4): Sheet. (1) The concave and convex portions of the concave / convex pattern include a concave portion where the gloss adjusting layer is exposed, and (2) the surface of the concave portion where the gloss adjusting layer is exposed is (a) the entire gloss adjusting layer. Or (b) a part of the gloss adjusting layer and a part of the surface protective layer, and (3) the gloss adjusting layer is exposed on the surface of the transparent resin layer.
