abstract An object of the present invention is to provide a decorative sheet having improved design as well as weather resistance and solvent resistance. A decorative sheet for use by being laminated on an adherend, wherein the sheet has at least a base sheet, a picture layer, a transparent resin layer, and a surface protective layer in order (2) ) The surface protective layer is formed from a composition containing an ionizing radiation curable resin, (3) the transparent resin layer has irregularities, and (4) the concave and convex portions of the transparent resin layer are colored.
