abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a decorative sheet which has both a feeling of unevenness and a depth (depth) which are visually recognized as a design as a design, and is excellent in resistance to use such as contamination resistance, weather resistance adhesion and abrasion resistance. It is to provide well and inexpensively, and to provide a decorative board using the decorative sheet. SOLUTION: A patterned low gloss printing layer is provided on one surface of a synthetic resin transparent substrate layer, and then a surface protective layer is provided on the entire surface of the one surface, and the other surface of the synthetic resin transparent substrate layer is provided.
