titleOfInvention | Composite polymer electrolyte membrane, production method thereof, membrane electrode assembly, and fuel cell |
abstract | [PROBLEMS] To optimize the composition ratio of a crosslinkable aromatic polymer electrolyte filled in a hydrophobic porous substrate, a polymerizable monomer having an ionic group, and a crosslinking agent having no ionic group in a composite polymer electrolyte. To provide a composite polymer electrolyte membrane having a large amount of electrolyte components and a large ion exchange capacity, a membrane / electrode assembly using the composite polymer electrolyte membrane, and a fuel cell. SOLUTION: After filling pores of a hydrophobic porous substrate with a crosslinkable aromatic polymer electrolyte, a polymerizable monomer having an ionic group, and a bifunctional or higher functional crosslinking agent having no ionic group, the activity is increased. A composite polymer electrolyte membrane crosslinked by irradiation with energy rays, wherein the polymerizable monomer having the ionic group is 35 to 140 parts by mass with respect to 100 parts by mass of the crosslinkable aromatic polymer electrolyte, and the ionic group A composite polymer electrolyte membrane having 10 to 25 parts by mass of a bifunctional or higher functional crosslinking agent that does not have.
