abstract An object of the present invention is to provide a method for evaluating a biological substance on a cell membrane. A phosphor (a) that stains a cell membrane, and a phosphor that has a peak at an emission wavelength different from that of the phosphor (a), at least a part of which binds to a biological material present in the cell membrane. (b) is used to stain the same tissue section, the position of the cell membrane in the stained section is identified by the emission of the phosphor (a), and the phosphor (b) on the identified cell membrane is illuminated. An evaluation method comprising evaluating the expression level of the biological substance in a cell membrane by measuring the score. [Selection figure] None
