titleOfInvention | Method for producing polyphenylene sulfide resin fine particle dispersion |
abstract | The present invention relates to industrially useful PPS resin fine particles with a use amount of less than 10 parts by mass with respect to 100 parts by mass of PPS resin fine particles by using a polymer surfactant having a weight average molecular weight of 2,000 or more. A method for producing an aqueous dispersion is provided. The present invention performs mechanical dispersion of polyphenylene sulfide resin fine particles using a polymer surfactant having a weight average molecular weight of 2,000 or less and less than 10 parts by mass with respect to 100 parts by mass of PPS resin fine particles, This is a method for producing a stable polyphenylene sulfide resin fine particle aqueous dispersion having an average particle size of 1 μm or less.
