SOLUTION: A polyarylene sulfide resin (A), polyvinylpyrrolidone (B), and a silane coupling agent (C) having a functional group that reacts with a carboxy group are blended as essential components. A) The polyvinyl pyrrolidone (B) is in the range of 0.01 to 100 parts by mass and the silane coupling agent (C) is in the range of 0.01 to 30 parts by mass with respect to 100 parts by mass.
