titleOfInvention | Polyphenylene sulfide fine particles, dispersion thereof, and production method thereof |
abstract | The present invention develops a method for producing a PPS fine particle dispersion having an average particle size of 1 μm or less. Moreover, the present invention provides a method for easily and simply producing a PPS fine particle dispersion having an average particle size of 1 μm or less. A method for producing a polyphenylene sulfide fine particle dispersion comprising the PPS fine particle dispersion having an average particle size of 1 μm or less and the following steps (a), (b) and (c). (A) A step of heating a polyphenylene sulfide resin in an organic solvent in the presence of an inorganic salt to form a solution (dissolution step). (B) The step of cooling the solution to precipitate polyphenylene sulfide coarse particles to obtain a polyphenylene sulfide coarse particle suspension (precipitation step). (C) A step of pulverizing the polyphenylene sulfide coarse particle dispersion with a mechanical pulverizer in the presence of a surfactant having a phenyl group to obtain a polyphenylene sulfide fine particle dispersion having an average particle diameter of 1 μm or less (pulverization / Dispersion step).
