titleOfInvention | Pneumatic tire manufacturing method |
abstract | The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a pneumatic tire that can efficiently manufacture a pneumatic tire having a high-strength partition wall on the inner surface of the tire. SOLUTION: A green tire T ′ provided with a partition L1 protruding from an inner liner member L serving as an innermost member of a pneumatic tire T does not have a vulcanization bladder that presses the inner liner member L from the inside of the tire. Vulcanize with a bladderless vulcanizer. In particular, a partition wall L1 protruding from the inner surface of the inner liner member L is formed, the inner liner member L provided with the partition wall L1 is used as a vulcanization bladder, and the inner liner member is pressed by a pressure medium M inside the green tire T. The green tire T ′ is vulcanized in a state where L is inflated to form a pneumatic tire T in which the inner liner member L is integrated on the inner surface, and then the inner portion protruding from the bead portion of the pneumatic tire T. Unnecessary portions of the liner member L are cut off. [Selection] Figure 1 |
