abstract |
A pneumatic tire capable of reducing cavity resonance noise and a manufacturing method thereof without requiring a complicated manufacturing process. An inner liner made of a thermoplastic elastomer composition in which a carcass layer is mounted between a pair of bead portions and a thermoplastic resin or a thermoplastic resin and an elastomer are blended on the inner surface of the tire from the carcass layer. In the pneumatic tire in which the layer 11 is disposed, the inner liner layer 11 has a laminated structure of a plurality of film layers 11a and 11b having different melting points of the thermoplastic resin, and the film layer 11b having the lowest melting point of the thermoplastic resin is foamed.
