abstract | A pneumatic tire manufacturing method and a vulcanizing apparatus capable of bladderless vulcanization without significant increase in equipment cost. A pair of clamp members 11 and 12 for holding a mold 1 for molding an outer surface of a pneumatic tire T and an inner liner member L serving as an innermost member of the pneumatic tire T in a cylindrical shape as a vulcanization bladder. And a vulcanizing device including a heating unit that heats the mold 1 and a pressurized medium supply unit that supplies the pressurized medium M to the inside of the inner liner member L is used. The inner liner member L, which is the innermost surface member of the pneumatic tire T, is used as a vulcanization bladder, and the tire T 'is vulcanized in a state where the inner liner member L is inflated by the pressure medium M inside the green tire T'. To form a pneumatic tire T in which the inner liner member L is integrated on the inner surface, and then an unnecessary portion of the inner liner member L protruding from the bead portion of the pneumatic tire T is cut off.
