Pneumatic tire manufacturing method |
abstract |
Provided is a manufacturing method capable of efficiently manufacturing a pneumatic tire having an inner layer having a lightweight and excellent air permeation preventing performance and excellent in uniformity. A carcass layer or the like is formed on a film made of a thermoplastic resin or a thermoplastic elastomer composition disposed on the entire outer periphery of a cylindrical rigid inner mold 1 composed of a plurality of divided bodies. After forming the green tire G by laminating the tire constituent members, the green tire G is placed inside the vulcanization mold together with the rigid inner mold 1, and then heated to a predetermined temperature to pressurize the film 12 from the inner peripheral side. By inflating and vulcanizing the green tire G, the unvulcanized rubber of the tire component is pressed toward the inner peripheral surface of the vulcanization mold and flows in the circumferential direction. The film 12 that functions as a bladder is tightly joined to the inner circumferential surface of the tire to become the inner layer of the tire. [Selection] Figure 4 |
